Responsible for developing internal service systems for the Helpdesk module using CodeIgniter, including handling pension applications based on rank and position. Automated the Helpdesk promotion workflow, and ensured the smooth design, implementation, and optimization of applications backed by SQL Server databases.

Developed, tested, and optimized property web applications. Created and managed RESTful APIs to connect various services, developed HR modules (leave, payroll, payslips), and integrated payment gateways (Midtrans and Sprint) to handle client payments.
